We are a friendly group that welcomes ladies (16 and over) of all netball abilities. Don’t worry if you haven’t played since school – it will soon come flooding back to you!

Our weekly club / coaching sessions take place on the all-weather netball court (next to the bowling green) from 6.30 to 8pm on Tuesday evenings (excluding school holidays).

Just turn up any TUESDAY at 6.30 or if you would like to contact us in advance ring Julie on 01223 233648 or Lynn on 01223 234897.

The Histon Hobblers is a friendly, informal, women’s running club that is designed for people with busy schedules. Members run throughout the year for fitness, fun, friendship and competition.

As in previous years, we are organising beginner’s sessions at Impington Recreation Ground this spring. The sessions will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm starting on 4th June leading up to Race for Life on Sun 21st July. Many ladies have found in the past that this is ideal preparation for that charity run. But of course it’s equally good for getting fit! – For details of the start date of the beginners sessions, and other Hobblers activities – visit our website at

The club has Clubmark status and the recreation ground where we play all our home games has two excellent pitches.

We are always seeking new members for our U11, U13, U15 and three senior sides. Adults should contact Steve Campin (Overall Club Cricket Captain) on 07951 462347. Colts should contact the Director of Coaching Joe Uttridge on 07771 787695.

The club plays all its home matches at the Recreation Ground, and welcomes players over 35 who have played in the past to a reasonable local standard.
