Neil and his family have lived in Histon for over thirty years and he previously worked for Barclays Bank on the Histon Vision Park.
Neil now works in the charitable sector working part-time as the Charity Manager for HI Friends, and Business Support & Fundraising Manager for Cogwheel Counselling.
He has been a Village Parish Councillor for 26 years
With his proactive involvement in the community, Neil is an integral part of many aspects of village life.
This included being a governor at Histon Junior School for 24 years, being Histon & Impington Feast Treasurer since 1988, and continuing to help organise many village community and sporting events.
Neil enjoys all sports playing, spectating and organising. He is passionate about the development of girls’ football and sport generally in the village.
